Creating Your Personal House Tour
Thank you for booking your place on a Watts Inside house tour!
Your Humanitix ticket reserves your place on the tour. The next step is to create your own personalised itinerary by choosing which homes you would like to visit and when you would like to visit them.
The booking process only takes a few minutes.
Before You Start
You’ll need the following information from your Humanitix booking confirmation:
- your Humanitix booking code (for example 7QVD6HEL)
- the email address you used when purchasing your ticket.
If you booked tickets for more than one person, everyone included in your booking will remain together throughout the tour.
Step 1 – Select Your Event
If more than one tour is available, choose the event you have booked from the list on the home page.
You will then be taken to the booking page for that event.
Step 2 – Enter Your Booking Details
Enter:
- your Humanitix booking code
- the email address used when you purchased your tickets.
The system will verify your booking and determine which parts of the tour your ticket allows you to attend.
If your booking cannot be found, please check that you have entered both your booking code and email address exactly as they appear on your Humanitix confirmation.
Step 3 – Choose the Houses You Would Like to Visit
You’ll now see all of the houses that are available for your tour.
For each house you can:
- choose one of the available visiting times, or
- select Not visiting this house if you would prefer to skip it.
You are free to visit as many or as few houses as you wish.
The system automatically keeps track of available spaces and only shows time slots that still have room for your group.
Step 4 – Build Your Schedule
As you choose houses, Watts Inside automatically creates a schedule that works.
You don’t need to worry about accidentally booking two houses at the same time. The system won’t allow overlapping bookings, helping you build a practical itinerary that you can comfortably follow on the day.
Step 5 – Confirm Your Tour
When you’re happy with your selections, click Save.
Your personalised itinerary will be displayed on screen and a copy will also be emailed to you.
We recommend that you either:
- print your itinerary, or
- save the email on your phone for easy reference during the tour.
Changing Your Mind
You can return at any time before bookings close to update your itinerary.
Simply enter the same Humanitix booking code and email address again. Your previous selections will be displayed, allowing you to make changes if you wish.
Saving your updated itinerary will replace your previous selections.
Helpful Tips
- Popular houses may fill quickly, so it’s worth creating your itinerary soon after purchasing your tickets.
- Leave enough time to travel between houses.
- If a time slot is no longer available, it has already reached its visitor capacity.
- Every member of your booking will follow the same itinerary, so choose houses that everyone in your group would like to visit.
